The Schatz Method is a way to assess misalignments in the body and identify compensation patterns.  Pain is present when the structure is out of alignment.  We know that muscles pull bones. If the muscles which are pulling the structure out of alignment are identified and addressed, then we can follow the path that is causing pain in the body. Identify, repattern and strengthen where needed, to bring the body back to optimal alignment and function, will help to alleviate pain.
